The staff and participants of Headwaters, Inc. had a special celebration on Friday, June 21, 2013, honoring Mary Hardtke who has served as the Headwaters’ Director in Rhinelander for over 13 years and who will be retiring this fall. Alan Rock, Executive Director of Catholic Charities (pictured with Ms. Hardtke) expressed his appreciation for Mary’s many years of service and joined the group in wishing her well in her new endeavors.

Headwaters, Inc.  has been offering new and inovative educational opportunities through positive community partnerships that are highly valued by program participants and their families.  Along with these community education and employment opportunities Headwaters  also offers a myriad of onsight options. Service offerings for adults include Life Skills training, special interest classes,  community recreational opportunities, Adult Day Program, Educational and vocation training services. Headwaters also serves children with the Birth-to-Three program.

Ms. Hardtke has arranged to stay closely connected with the program in the weeks ahead in support of a smooth transition of leadership.
